Star Banquets and Travel is looking for 10 sales managers at this time.  Each sales manager will be given one of the top 10 largest cities in the U.S. and 9 metropolitan areas as their territory for Internet advertising and marketing services.  Each sales manager will will receive 40% commission from any direct sales.  A sales manager can recruit up to 20 sales reps and receive 10% override on their sales.  Sales reps will be paid 35% commission.  Once a sales manager has recruited five sales reps in their territory (sales reps cannot recruit) and each sales rep has a minimum sales of $2,000 in sales, the sales manager will be bumped up to 50% commission on direct sales.  Each sales rep will be moved to 40% commission. 

All sales managers will receive a travel website with online travel reservations and receive 70% of our commissions from Expedia and HotelsCombined.com once they have reached a sales volume of $2,000.  We receive 50% of Expedia's commissions, which is commonly 8% of hotel sales.  HotelsCombined.com is a paid for performance type of income.  Only sales managers will have the opportunity to become a licensed travel agent once they have reached the $2,000 threshold.  They can offer commissions to their sales reps for travel agent services but, sales reps will not have the authority to book travel.

Sales managers will have the ability to sell event and wedding planning services.  A commission of 50% will be paid for all services.  Legitimate and or experienced hospitality personnel who are sales managers can offer catering services under our name and receive advertising for a payment of 10% of each event sold under Star Banquets and

 
 
 
Travel's name.  All catering quotes must be sent to the client from the Houston office.
The sales manager must have a minimum of 25 venues approved by the Houston office before proceeding to selling event and wedding services.

A quota of $2,000 dollars in sales must be met within 120 days.  A quota of $10,000 dollars in sales for your territory must be met the 1st year.  Each year after a sales quota of $50,000 dollars must be met to keep your position as a sales manager.
